A Place to Belong.
A Life of Your Own.
Hope Hearth provides community-based residential support and family services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Central Indiana. We build small homes in real neighborhoods where every person is supported to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
” Every person deserves a home where they are known, valued, and supported to live the life they choose. At Hope Hearth, we don’t just provide services — we build the conditions for a good life.”

Founded
The Difference
Built for People, Not for Institutions
Hope Hearth was founded with a single conviction: the best support happens in the smallest settings, with the most committed people, in the heart of a real community. We’re not retrofitting an old model. We’re building something new — from the ground up — designed around you.
Small Homes, Big Lives
2–4 individuals in homes designed for comfort, privacy, and autonomy — not facilities designed for efficiency.
Your Schedule, Your Choices
Every person controls their daily routine — when they wake, what they eat, where they go, and who they spend time with.
HCBS Compliant by Design
Every home, policy, and staff practice meets federal HCBS community integration standards from day one.
Who We Serve
When Families Need Us Most
Hope Hearth serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities throughout Central Indiana. We specialize in supporting individuals and families facing transitions — when an aging caregiver can no longer provide support, when a young adult ages out of school services, or when a loved one is ready to move from an institutional setting into a home of their own.
We work with individuals on the CIH Waiver, the Family Supports Waiver, and the Money Follows the Person program. We are an approved BDS provider, effective March 2026.
