Hope Hearth LLC was founded in Indianapolis by individuals who share a personal connection to supporting family members with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Inspired by their experiences and the challenges many Indiana families face in accessing quality services, they created the kind of provider they would want for their own loved ones.
Hope Hearth is approved by the Indiana Bureau of Disabilities Services (BDS) to provide Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH), Family Supports Waiver (FSW), and Money Follows the Person (MFP) services.
Our mission is simple: to provide compassionate, person-centered support that helps individuals live with dignity, independence, and a strong sense of belonging in their communities.
